The website provides general information about Global Departures, hosted experiences, and custom private experiences. Website content and an email inquiry do not create a reservation, confirm availability, or form a travel contract.

Bookings and confirmations

When paid booking becomes available, booking and payment services are expected to be provided through WeTravel. A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment is successfully received and a booking confirmation is issued. The experience listing, checkout disclosures, participant agreement, cancellation terms, and payment schedule presented for that experience will govern the booking.

Pricing and payment options

Travelers may be offered the option to pay in full or use a scheduled payment plan. Deposits, installment amounts, due dates, final-payment deadlines, refundability, and consequences of missed payments will be stated in the applicable experience terms before purchase.

Applicable credit-card processing fees will be paid by the traveler and disclosed before payment is submitted. Any available bank-payment or other payment methods and related fees will also be displayed during checkout.

Availability and changes

Experience availability, capacity, inclusions, accommodations, dates, and pricing are not guaranteed until confirmed through the applicable booking process. Global Departures will communicate material changes in accordance with the terms governing the affected experience.

Third-party services

Travel experiences depend on independent hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, payment processors, and other suppliers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and do not make their content part of this website.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use this website for personal, lawful travel research and inquiries. Website text, branding, layout, and original materials may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
