An itinerary may need to be adjusted when reasonably necessary. Any rights relating to a material change will be determined by the applicable experience terms and supplier conditions.
Hotels, airlines, transportation companies, tour operators, activity providers, payment platforms, and other travel suppliers are independent businesses. Their availability, operating rules, cancellation terms, and service conditions may apply to your arrangements.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travelers should consider coverage for cancellation, interruption, medical care, emergency evacuation, baggage, delays, and other risks appropriate to their circumstances. Insurance products have exclusions and deadlines, so travelers should review policy terms carefully and make their own coverage decision.
Travel may involve unfamiliar environments, physical activity, transportation risks, illness, delay, and limited access to services. Each traveler is responsible for evaluating personal readiness and obtaining professional medical or destination advice when appropriate.
